Vacuum Heat Treating

We have state-of-the-art Programmable Controls to produce Repeatability. Step up heat to control distortion in parts. We can run 30" wide x 54" deep x 30" tall, with temperatures up to 2400F.
Atmosphere Heat Treating
Atmosphere Furnace utilizes state-of-the-art Atmosphere & Temperature Controls for Repeatability, with Endothermic Generated Atmosphere Gas.
20" wide x 32" deep x 18" high, up to 1875F

We have the ability to carefully rack parts to aid in the control of distortion.
Age Harden, Tempering & Stress Relieving
We specialize in Age Hardening 718 to obtain high mechanicals while still maintaining lower harnesses to improve ease of machinability. This will decrease machine time and scrap rate. this will also increase tool life. We can run a part from 10" x 10" x 10" to 30" x 30" x 13'6", with a temperature from 250F to 1500F.
We can run standard stress to code stress relive with state-of-the-art programmable controls that will allow us to ramp up and down to your exact specifications.
Cryogenic Process
Nitrogen Deep Freeze Chamber - 30" deep x 54" wide x 30" high
Uses:
- - Transforming soft retained Austenite to Hard Martensite
- - Greater wear resistance
- - Greater Durability
- - Size Stability
- - Shrink Fit
Hardness Testing Capabilities include Rockwell Regular, Rockwell Superficial and Brinell. All Hardness Testers are tested daily against certified hardness test blocks. Hardness testers are calibrated quarterly for accuracy and repeatability.
